Janet Patterson - Spiral of Peace​

From the program: "With wars grinding on in Gaza and Ukraine, and with the planet on the precipice of a climate disaster, it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed and hopeless. You are invited to take a contemplative walk into a spiral made from the branches of felled evergreens, leave a (provided) candle at some point in the spiral, and - if you wish - say a silent prayer for peace, reconciliation, and the health of our planet. 

 

With your help, the candle-lit spiral will illuminate the dark winter night and serve as a symbol of our collective hope for what lies ahead."
